Flipping the negative into the positive Dr. Carrington originated the concept of "resource states" as a tool to replace old negative habits. Resource States are your own deeply known truth or emotionally compelling memories that you are not usually aware of because your negative viewpoint covers them up. You can recreate that same success now, when you capture the memories and tap them into your awareness.
Success follows persistence
The process that works quick includes tapping on many variations of the problem. Begin by taking a "reading" of your current state. Guess where you are on a scale of 1-10 - 10 being awful. Now check back after each tapping round and again asses your level of stress. Tap until you reduce each issue from a high of say 8- 10 -- down to "1 or 2".
The cases that don't work well are too broad and not specifically focused on one problem in the body; and are poorly executed and not followed through thoroughly. Remember - some of these habits have been passed down from generations - and you may have suffered for a long period. Meridian Tapping releases old trauma
When you hold on to negative emotions such as fear and anger (consciously or subconsciously) it weakens the immune system and creates a disruption in your energy meridian system. You may no longer remember the school bully or being told you were "not worth it" or recall a mean-spirited teacher but if it was traumatic then - it is still there and is now part of your programming and cellular memory. I read the 'Overcome Fear' article and it has changed my life. I've been trying to find answers basically since I became manic-depressive at fourteen. I've been on the net for over ten years and everything I've studied, spent and learned about changing my life, never worked, but with the 'Fear' info, I've found the answers I've been searching for!!
I got involved with EFT years ago and have not only the manual printed, but a whole lot of other articles. I bought several sets of their DVD's too. I used it a lot for pain, but found I had too much resistance when working with deep-seated feelings and emotions so I quit using it. Wasn't ready I guess. I'm gonna give it another shot, now that my energy has changed, to see if it'll work.
I also have the PSTEC and haven't used it yet. It's hard to know what statements to make! It is absolutely miraculous! I'm 62 and have had a horrible life, but it's the most freeing thing that's ever happened to me.
I held everything inside from the time I was very young and trusted no one but myself. By the time I was a teen I'd shut down all feeling and to this day never really knew what my true feelings were. My life was saved by Lithium but that put me into more of a box with absolutely no feelings. Through everything that's happened to me, (abuse in every form over and over, and all the accidents and surgeries), the thing that kept me alive was I always knew I was a good person. I've never given up hope, knowing I've been saved for something special!
You'll find me leading some kind of revolution down the road since I've always believed I would. I don't know yet who, what, how, when or where this will take place, but it will! I'm so excited right now though, that I know, in time, I will be helping people and saving the world.

Begin with a free guided video from one of the experts. Next, download a FREE manual and take time to read it.
The short form of tapping includes the face, upper torso and ends either on top the head or at the "karate chop" point. Use the shorter version and repeat it five times. It often works quickly and will encourage you to do more rounds of tapping on a topic. It only takes 5-10 minutes and frequently offers quick relief.
Select a physical issue you have right now. Find a body tension, anxiety or something physical (like a headache or pain or frustration you are feeling about money.) Begin with specific small issues (too big and you won't get results) that you can quickly release. As your confidence builds, so will your overall success. There are two components: the first is the actual physical tapping while you FOCUS ON THE ISSUE or the process of collapsing the old energy block. Then second, is the self-talk building a bridge of thoughts from the pain to the solution. |

Thus you are changing your mind, and your body energy system.
As you do the tapping process continue to focus on the problem in your body or the stressful experience.
If you are moving down the scale from 1-10 by only 1 or 2 points - you haven't found the BIG issue. Tap to find the issue. Allow it to come to you by inspiration or insight. Try a few related ideas. If nothing is there - move on to another issue and tap for that. In letting it go, it often solves itself.
